Build #001 started as a gifted cart — a worn EZGO TXT PDS that had seen better days. We stripped it to the frame, rebuilt every system from the ground up, and turned it into North Star's certified demo vehicle.
Every component chosen for a reason. Every wire run clean. Every standard documented. This build proved the process — and became the template for every North Star NEV that follows.
Underglow test. Suspension fitted. Wheels on. It's starting to look like something.
